Having a personal project manager like Erin to coordinate all of the contractors and work that needed to be done was great! They finished the work on time and the improvements allowed the seller to bring a move-in ready home to the market for sale. The home is under contract in less than 7 days!!

The GC kept myself and our client informed throughout the process which resulted in a great experience. Being able to pay at closing for the repairs made it easy for the client to get their home up to date with flooring, paint and exterior wall repairs and put it on the market. Overall will def recommend to my clients.

The results are amazing, but the BEST 2 things about Curbio: their portal & their people. The portal is a one-stop for all project info & updates & photos, and is so easy to use. The people, especially the Project Manager like John B., are the best because they go above-and-beyond and really keep their clients' best interests at heart. Will recommend them a million times over!
