Product arrived on time. Per discussion with my locksmith, it appears to have been a repackaged, not new, product. Functionality appears to be acceptable. Was expecting a new product so disappointed. Service was good and receipt time as expected.

You were out of stock on the item I wanted and you were 25% more than my regular supplier And I get free shipping from my regular supplier on orders over $100.00
