Easy to navigate the web site! Easy to order! Arrived very quickly! I didn’t get a tracking number but they still came five days after they were shipped! Definitely buy from here again! Will also recommend.

I was able to find a frame that was very close to my previous frames which are no longer made, the price was very reasonable, and I have already received the frames and taken to my regular glasses provider to have my lenses made. The process was smooth.

The communication

The service was pretty efficient. However, after I placed my order I was sent a $30 voucher with an extremely short timeframe. I hadn't even receivedmy first pair of glasses by then. Also, since the return-exchange policy is so stringent, I wasn't at all confident about making another purchase, even with a discount.

Never received the package. Submitted a claim with the courier. Told the merchant. And they were rude then just started ignoring my emails and calls

Spoke with customer service representative to order my glasses, very knowledgeable and helpful. Received my new glasses within one week, and I am completely satisfied ! And the pricing was extremely reasonable and affordable ! Thank you Cool Frames !!!!
