these people sold me faulty extreme low quality frames. i live in the uk so i paid import tax and i paid for the returns - these people got the frames back and lied there is nothing wrong with the faulty item. then they offered me my money back -20% for no reason. disgrafecul and disgusting behaviour

I'm satisfied. After looking at other reviews, I was skeptical about ordering, but I decided to give cool frames a try anyway. I do wear bifocals but I purchased my frames with single vision and will have my prescription put in at my local optometry office. I am not sure if that may have been the reason why my transaction went so smoothly. It seems like people who had complaints had ordered the frames with the prescription in them and had to wait an extended period of time for that reason. The frames were here within 7 business days of my purchase and my frames were in perfect shape. I am very happy with the look of the frames. They are exactly as they appeared online.

I was looking for Revolution frames, they seem hard to find. On line found a couple a few shops that had them, one was of no help, ordered on lien, got charged then emailed my order was refused, called and told they frames I ordered no longer made. Another web site had no photos and little information. CoolFrames.com had photos and most information I needed. Then when I called they were very helpful. I ordered 2 pairs of frames and they were billed and delivered as promised. I plan to be a returning customer next time I order glasses.
