I really like these frames, for my first set of glasses I am surprised at how light and comfortable they are. I knew what I was getting because I tried them on in a store for $80 more. There was a bit of a mix-up in the free cleaning kit which I was charged for. The charges were reversed but the kit still isn't here. They did say it was back ordered so I'm not concerned. Staff are awesome to deal with.

Exactly what I ordered...on time delivery

I was worried to be honest with all the bad reviews and I thought you cant really judge something until you experience it yourself!! I got the pair i ordered and i was concerned with the glasses when they didnt transition like they should have ended up working out and I can only assume the sun wasnt bright enough lol but I did have to make a call to their customer service ...they didnt seem to care about my problem and told me yeah you can send them back but you have to pay to have them sent back ...Working in customer service for 9 years myself I know that "the customer is always right" is hard to live by and sometimes the customer is not always right being one myself but showing some kind of emotion or just any kind of concern would have been appreciated but I didnt receive either! Almost made me feel like its a gamble and you lost kinda of attitude. I was lucky and got what I ordered but if your not so lucky they dont seem to be apologetic.

Came through when my eye doctor said these glasses are no longer available

My wife had a pair of sunglasses she bought several years ago that she loved. Unfortunately the sunglasses were broken and she could not find a replacement because they had been discontinued. I contacted Cool Frames and they researched what Adidas replaced her old sunglasses with. They found almost an exact match, so I bought them and my wife is very happy.

I got my eyeglass frames quickly and at a great price!
