Excellent Flexon Rosalind frame. Got my progressive prescription lens from Costco optical. Thanks to Cool frames for shipping a genuinely good frame.

Excellent experience in finding the frames that i knew exactly what I was looking for!

Great range and great delivery tracking. Will certainly be on my list for my next purchase.

Fantastic price. Fantastic Quality. Fast Shipping.

I had ordered my glasses from the website around mid September 2018. I did not receive my glasses until late October after I was promised they would arrive within a week of purchase. After many failed attempts to contact them and to receive any information about my frames i finally managed to switch which frames I ordered. Awful customer service (I was on hold for nearly an hour) and then they were withholding my glasses until I paid them a seperate invoice. Only after a week of receiving the glasses, the lenses already scratched even after I paid for scratch protection. I will never order from this company again and I hope I convinced anyone else to do the same.

Great product

Nice frames. Quick delivery.

Love the frames and may order a second pair. Quick and responsive. Thank you.
