Company charges even though the package never arrived. They do not take responsability for their lack of customer service. You are more than welcome to post the tracking info. I did not sign for anything because I was not even in Miami on that day. The funny thing is you said this was my fault for choosing the free shipping.

This is the third pair of complete frame RX lenses i have purchased from cool frames .com the first time ordering My RX lenses from a online store I was a sceptical about how the quality would be they turned out great my RX was right on and the quality of lenses was.awesome .

I have used this company multiple times. Everything I have received was super high quality. If there was a prescription question, I was contacted by telephone by a customer service rep. I have ordered for both my child and myself. Frames are true brand name- no rip offs. Love the option of splitting payments. Products usually arrive in 2 weeks or sooner!

Company failed to follow my direction to contact Ophthalmologist for prescription. Sent glasses w/incorrect prescription (default on website). Has yet to issue a refund or correct their mistake. Blamed me.
