They need to change their return policy. I purchased 2 pair of frames to see which I liked best and returned one that I didn’t like keeping the other. They charge a “restocking” fee and do not pay return shipping. They should be like other companies that allow you to try without punishing you for returning.

Cannot track my order which was placed on 3 November and has still not arrived. It’s marked as shipped on the website, but the link to track the order doesn’t allow me to actually track the shipment, which leaves me very suspicious. Very frustrated. Doubt I will order from this website ever again.

Ordered a frame less than 1 year ago. The color of the frame is blue. The blue is peeling. Got a response!! Send a picture of the damage, then we will ask you return the frame. What am I supposed to do for glasses? Hold the lenses up to my eyes to see? How stupid is this! The warranty applies ONLY under these way! What good is it? The warranty is useless. I have high density lenses, can’t see the wall in front of me without them…

My initial review of one star was provided because after ordering my sunglasses, the only follow up that I received involved promotional messages. In fairness to CoolFrames, a customer service rep immediately reached out to inquire as to why I was unhappy. When I explained the situation, I was advised that my sunglasses were en route and told when I could look forward to receiving them. I appreciated the update and look forward to getting the sunglasses. So far, ordering was easy, pricing was very competitive, and if I get the sunglasses as promised, this will be a five star experience.

Very impressed with how fast the glasses were shipped. It's a bit dicey to order glasses that you are unable to try on but with the pics and specs provided, the glasses were what I thought they'd be so I'm very happy with the order. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and great prices on the brands I am looking for! This isn’t my first time buying from Cool Frames but this order was a bit more complicated and I’m thrilled with the final results.

I bought a set of mykita glasses and lenses from CoolFrames 1.5 years ago. I have been wearing glasses for over 15 years and I have never had the film or coating from my glasses come off. With CoolFrame they did. The company needs to get a better lens manufacturer or increase the warranty otherwise. I couldn't get better lenses nor could I get them replaced but I hope I can help other customers avoid poor quality lenses.
