Thought I was getting the no-line bifocals, I got the lined bifocals instead. There is absolutely no return policy on the lenses, so please keep that in mind. It took a long time to get the glasses, I called the representative and they told me I had to buy the lenses all over again. Will not be doing business within again

Ordered eyeglasses a month ago. Still waiting on them to show up. Coolframes keeps sending me emails for rating my experience. Trying to track order but coolframes website states order is complete.will be completed once I receive eyeglasses but no idea on how to track order or when the eyeglasses may arrive. Sure could use my eyeglasses. Got eyeglasses today and prescription is wrong. I should have read other real reviews before placing order. Now I have to deal with this issue. Email from coolframes states prescription is right but I cannot see out of them. If lens was correct I should be able to see out of the lens…,right ? Terrible company that will not correct their mistake.Too bad they will not take responsibility for their mistake. Coolframes sent me an email blaming my eye doctor. WOW !
