I was nervous ordering glasses online for the first time. My prescription is for progressive lenses with astigmatism correction. I worried about whether I entered all the prescription information correctly, and whether glasses ordered this way would really be the same as what I'd get from the optometrist. I was delighted when they arrived, I put them on, and they were a perfect optical match for the pair I was replacing.

I had to call customer service twice to see what’s happening with my frames. If I haven’t called them it probably won’t even been started yet. Even now still don’t have it. It’s January 31 2023. I’ve bought from them 3 separate times which were prompted.
