Took forever to ship + follow up phone calls

I liked the price but the wait was far too long...I ordered on the 18th of January and received my son's glasses on the 4th of February.

So far i have had great customer service. Through email quick and fast responses.

DO NOT BUY GLASSES HERE. I bought Versace prescription glasses and they were made wrong. I can not wear them because the prescription is wrong. I contacted customer service no joke 10 times and no help was given or any compensation. I was actually told I had to pay more to get them fixed. I kept contacting wishing someone could help but ended up taking the loss and never wore the glasses which cost me 165 dollars.
