I’ve been working with this company for over a year now, and I can honestly say that the coaching ritual has significantly boosted my business productivity and overall willingness to experiment and try new things. I’m currently working with Kat, who has been amazing! Her willingness to ask me bold questions has provided me many aha moments. I've been a business owner for over twenty years and flying by the seat of my pants (using my gut instinct) has been my strategy most of that time. Without a doubt I've made progress but I began to burn out and not see the growth I had always envisioned. Now, nearly a year in with Commit Action and I'm planning out the day ahead, the week ahead, the quarter ahead. I still use my gut instincts but now with measurable changes and planning. My coach, Summer, has kept me in check and been an excellent in her support of my endeavors and kept me in check with our weekly meetings. I've seen excellent growth this year but more importantly, I have a renewed fire for my business and the vision I have for it. I still have a long journey ahead but I now see the path more clearly. As business owners, we are going it alone most of the time and that was me. That's no longer the case and it has made all the difference. Even those closest to me see the changes and that says a lot. Give it a shot and see what's possible.

Commit Action is life-changing! Before I started CA, I was spinning - I had too many things to do and couldn't figure out how to get it all done. Being a solo entrepreneur can be really overwhelming and lonely! Elizabeth and I have worked together over the past year and she's helped me get systems in place, figure out what to focus on, and, most importantly, uncover the underlying issues that were preventing me from growing my business the way I'd hoped. She's an amazing coach and has, quite honestly, changed my life! I looked at CA for over a year before signing up and I wish I'd just gone for it when I first saw it - it's a life-changing accountability tool!

I signed up with Commit Action over two years ago because I wanted a straightforward way to keep myself on track with personal and business goals. I had become very frustrated over the uears that certain objectives I had been trying to obtain were elusive, and I wanted to try something different, and that is where Commit Action entered the scene. I already had goals that I wanted to accomplish, and within the first few sessions my coach Elizabeth had asked me what was stopping me from having the goals right now, as opposed to some imaginary place in the future. And that was my first breakthrough: i could see that the answer to the question was the stories I had been playing to myself were the things stopping me from getting what I wanted. Needless to say, I have accomplished a huge amount by following the simple principle of turning up for my weekly session every week, and being open to coaching. A massive thanks to Commit Action and especially Elizabeth. Recommended.

For almost two years, I was a client of Commit Action, where I had a weekly call with a personal coach to help set goals. In the beginning, the service was beneficial, but over time, the true face of the company was revealed. Issues started, such as frequent call disconnections – yet I was still fully charged without any compensation or acknowledgment. My coach tried to help by forwarding my requests, but she faced the same response: complete disregard from management, even to her repeated requests for support. The breaking point came when I registered for the company’s annual seminar in Mexico, called HEADSTART, with a $3,000 deposit. Two months before the seminar, war broke out in Israel. I had to cancel due to the situation – I am a father of five young children, my business was closed, and there were no flights. I notified the company well in advance, at a time when they hadn’t incurred any expenses related to my participation, so they could have refunded the seminar fee without incurring a loss. However, they consciously chose not to do so, even though it would not have affected them in any way. When I reached out to Peter, the company's main manager, he initially replied with empathy, promised to help, and then… simply ignored me. For six months, I repeatedly tried to reach him through my coach and directly, but Peter completely disregarded all of my messages. When I finally decided to cancel the service, within an hour, I received an angry email from Peter, even directly insulting me. When I replied with a personal explanation of my situation, he responded that he wasn’t interested and had no time to read my email. To make things worse, he later sent me a threatening email stating that if I shared my experience publicly, he would sue me and take even more money from me. Commit Action’s dismissive treatment of clients – especially in emergency situations – and the way they took advantage of my financial situation while continuing to charge me without real service left me shocked and disappointed. There is no excuse for such neglect toward a long-time client. There are many other companies that offer a more humane and respectful service. Unfortunately, Commit Action is the opposite – here, I experienced a heartless and cruel attitude toward clients, and it seems toward the mentors trying to help as well. * This review is backed up by emails and invoices, and I am ready to present proof as needed.
