I’ve been having subscription for over a year now and I think it is totally worth it. I’ve progressed with my goals so much that for the weekly check in with my coach. Grated,I did majority of the work the night before our meeting, but I still did those and the compound effect happens. I would recommend to any business owner or operator especially if you do not have a board to report to, your coach will hold you accountable

Fantastic service. I knew I was going to work with them when I saw their promo video years ago. My coach is great. Our sessions are focused and productive. And I get text updates from her daily. The only thing I'd ask if they applied more tough love; consequences, asking hard questions when I miss a task, etc. Other than that, this is exactly what I want.

Working with Far has given me the ability to stay on task and actually complete what I start and prioritize new ideas as I move towards my goals

Jacky helps you clarify the noise. On your calendar will live the most impactful choices you can make on any given week. Life changing.

I'm normally a high performing entrepreneur but early this year, I hit something that was almost inevitable: a major health crisis. You can only go at 200mph for so long without it taking a physical toll. It's been challenging for me for so many reasons. It's felt quite isolating at times. I went to Commit Action after I hit the peak of the crisis. Florina, my coach, has been absolutely phenomenal. I think what I've put HER through falls outside the norm of how they work with clients. She's adapted with me though and helped me always stay focused on the big vision. I think if it weren't for her, I'd be struggling with depression. She's also been one of my rare sources of continuity through this journey. The weekly check-ins and text check-ins have been so helpful for me. It helps me see how much is changing from week to week, even as I get frustrated with how long this is taking.

Thank you for writing this. You've been through a lot this year, and it's a privilege that Commit Action could be part of how you've got through it. Florina will be really touched by this. Looking forward to many more weeks working with you!
I started working with Commit Action in January 2026 and committed to the full year because I wanted to force myself into a long-term commitment. My biggest challenge when I started was that I was drowning in operations. Every client project depended on me. Every client problem came back to me. I knew there was no way I could grow the business with the way things were going. I was simply maxed out. In my initial work with my coach (Far), I identified four areas of my business where I wanted to see progress and my goals from week to week were intentionally set to make sure I was pushing those forward. Nine months later, it's looking like I'm going to be closing out my year with double the revenue while average time-to-launch has been cut in half. I have made several new hires. Our project documentation is stronger. Most importantly, this month is the first month where I have been completely removed from all project build meetings. The team is handling those independently. There are still some areas that I'm working to remove myself from, but I barely recognize my business today based on where I started from nine months ago. Far holds me accountable to what I say I'm going to do. She asks insightful questions. She remembers the various team members that I have by name and it feels like she truly cares about my success. Considering that I really only talk to her for 15 minutes a week, the impact of that little bit of time out of my week has been pretty amazing. I have dipped in and out of other coaching programs in the past. This is the first one that has actually "stuck".

Wow. This was a pleasure to read, thanks for sharing. Double the revenue, half the time to launch, new hires and more all in 9 months... you're crushing it Joy! Far will be really happy to see this :)
