Working with Victoria and Commit Action has added an invaluable amount of structure to my work, I feel like I'm consistently making progress and she's a major part of why. You guys are rockstars.

I've been a subscriber to Commit Action for 8 months now and can say that their system works. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Summer as my accountability coach, but I'm sure they're all really good. I look forward to our calls every week, and have few scheduled items on my calendar as consistent as that one. Over the past 8 months, Summer has helped me tremendously in moving the needle on large projects that I have been trying to get done for years. She's real and direct with me, and will call me out when I need it. I appreciate having someone who listens to understand and help, rather than just provide a templated response. She is great about helping me dial in on which items I specifically should be working on, and which ones I can delegate. There are tons of extra resources that would probably make this worth it alone, like the HeadStart annual planning session, and all the recorded webinars I can watch. I haven't even made it through everything, but always have some actionable takeaways after each one. I switched to an annual billing plan after just a few months when I recognized the value in it and wanted to force myself to continue using it.

The team have been so great! I’d highly recommend commit action. I had a business coach and wanted more accountability from her, she couldn’t support me there, so I came to commit action. Before working with them I was struggling with prioritising, doing 100 hour weeks every week mainly on tasks that didn’t matter. We worked on leveraging my actions to team members, and I had my 2nd highest sales month ($20,000) whilst only working 18 hours. Alicia has been incredible supporting me and I really want to be at their head start mastermind. It’s astronomically helpful and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Why is it that it is so easy for us to work 8 hours for a job but if we want to start a business we struggle to find the motivation to work 8 hours to accomplish our personal goals and dreams? The answer is because environment matters. Surrounding yourself with a support group to keep you accountable absolutely makes all the difference. Commit action provides that for us, they provide a framework and environment that’s conducive to create successful results. I’m very happy I gave it a shot and I know you will be too

Commit Action has been a game-changer for me. My coach, Alicia, asks hard-hitting questions that encourage self-reflection, while Peter's inspiring and actionable content empowers me to stay focused. Accountability is key, helping me combat procrastination and prioritize my goals. I wholeheartedly recommend Commit Action for anyone seeking a transformative personal coaching experience. Thank you, Alicia, Peter, and the entire Commit Action team for your unwavering support!

Absolute game changer! (And that's coming from someone who changes games, quite literally!) Alicia is amazing and the content provided by Peter Shallard is so valuable. (I finally feel seen!) In the first months of using this service, I've pushed through some stubborn self-imposed limitations. I have a clear road map for the next 12 months so I know what I should be working on at any given moment which means I'm way less overwelmed, far more focused and way more effective! Can't recommend Commit Action more highly.

Finally, some help in outlining an action plan for my business goals! The way my coach outlined steps helped to break down the overwhelm and procrastination.
