Had 2 damaged chairs and the process was not easy to return or get in touch with someone still have yet been able to get credit or replacement. Chair is great quality and price point was great.

Other than one minor hiccup with the order, that actually turned out better for us, everything was smooth and satisfactory.

The chairs are great. The delivery notification of the chairs needs work. The delivery service stated that they called us to deliver chairs on the Friday prior to actual delivery day. No calls were received. This delayed our set up and use of the chairs by one week.
