Worst experience shipping ever crapy system! customer service is ignorant!

La peor aplicación en el mundo.

We are unsatisfied with the service. We purchased 100 seats. 6 came in bad conditions, we called and asked for something to be done and to now we have been unable to have the new seats shipped out due to us supposedly missing some procedures ( not communicate to us) terrible customer Service, we were really looking forward to doing more business with this company but unfortunately not.
