Was very happy with my experience. Driver was prompt, communicated well, sent photos of my dog along the way and took great care of her.

Citizen shipper made it easy to find the right transport team for my dogs. Tamara and her team at platinum pet transport where on time friendly and our dogs loved them right away. They sent us pictures and texts regularly of our pups on there trip to Oregon.

I 💘 they services ot easy no hassles... Just pay youre booking fee and pet transport fee anf they pick youre pet up as nd safely get the pet ti its new 🏡... I 💘& appreciate how they kept me updated the entire trip... I woll be using this service in the future to come as well as i will recommend and refer this service to anyone...

Tobey did a great job transporting our dogs from Memphis to Maine swiftly and safely. He even stopped by my work place on his way to the dogs' final destination so I could meet them. Very nice guy and the dogs were all happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend KRC Pet Transports.

This service is so neat. I had never heard of it until we needed a bunny delivered to us from 5 hours away. Our driver was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Wow! What a great experience! Very user friendly, lots of bids and great folks doing the deliveries. I was nervous at first; but can’t rave about the experience enough! I’ll never send another fur baby any other way❤️
