Go Fetch Pet TransportReviews of gofetchmypet.com

I would like to say a very, very big thank you to Go Fetch for the incredible care and service they provided while transporting my two dogs and two cats from London to Spain. ❤️🐶🐶🐱🐱 Before finding Go Fetch, I contacted so many different companies because I needed commercial pet transport due to the paperwork and requirements involved. Unfortunately, as soon as I explained my situation, many companies told me they could not help because commercial transport involved much more bureaucracy and complicated procedures. I was honestly starting to feel quite desperate because I really needed to get my pets to Spain, and I just couldn’t find the right company. Then I found Go Fetch , and I am so grateful that I did. From the very beginning, Matthew was incredibly helpful and patient with me. I had A LOT of questions 😂 and I sent quite a few emails, but he always replied quickly and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also handled all of the necessary paperwork, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. I also want to give a very special thank you to the driver, Marc Davis. The journey was a long one, but he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire trip. He kept me updated with photos and videos of my pets, called me with updates, and whenever he could, he would let me know where they were and how they were doing. As a pet owner who was so far away from them, this meant SO much to me. ❤️ They made all the necessary stops to make sure the animals were safe and comfortable, made sure they were fed and looked after properly, and kept me informed throughout the journey. Most importantly, all four of my pets arrived safely in Spain, happy and well looked after. 🥹❤️ From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to Go Fetch, Matthew and especially Marc for your patience, professionalism, kindness and care. I know it was a long journey, and I am incredibly grateful that you looked after my pets with so much care. I would absolutely recommend Go Fetch to anyone who needs international pet transportation. They made what could have been an extremely stressful experience so much easier and gave me peace of mind throughout the entire journey. Thank you for bringing my four babies safely to their new home. ❤️🐾

I contacted Go Fetch Pet Transport after running into a couple of scams on the internet with this kind of business. I was contacted back by the owner in a very short period of time answering my questions about their company and then she asked me a few questions about my transport situation. After we found we were a good fit for each other we worked on the time frame and pricing. They got me the exact time I needed for my pup to be delivered. And the pricing was in line with what I was willing to pay. The day came for the transport and everything went very smoothly. The driver was I. Contact with me as he left and made stops. Appreciate his efforts. He delivered my puppy on time. She was happy and not stressed when she got to me. I would highly recommend Go Fetch My Pet Transport for any pet transport needs you have.

Every thing went very smooth. I’d recommend your company and driver to anyone. Thanks. My dog is very happy with his new home.

Fast, friendly, responsive, and professional. Everyone is very polite and the animals seem to enjoy meeting the drivers as well during pick or a drop off. Call and ask for a quote.

I am not someone to write reviews but I had to for this company. I contacted a LOT of pet travel agencies in the span of 6 months and none were as responsive, caring, supportive and great on price. We moved from WV to OK and had two pets shipped. We got frequent updates and pictures that made the process less stressful for our family. I 1000% recommend this company above all out there. Thank you Go Fetch!!!!! Blessings ❤️

Have used multiple times! Always a great experience! My dog was well cared for and very happy! Loved the updates while in transport ❤️
