Go Fetch Pet Transport was founded on a simple belief: pets deserve the same level of safety, dignity, and comfort in travel that humans expect for themselves. Built by former paramedic and long-time animal advocate Cristi Mac, Go Fetch blends the precision of emergency-care training with the warmth of a boutique concierge service. What began as a solution for families needing safe, trustworthy transport has grown into an internationally recognized brand known for reliability, compassion, and elevated standards across the pet-travel industry. At the heart of Go Fetch is a nationwide network of professional ground drivers and elite flight nannies strategically positioned across major U.S. hubs. This distributed team model eliminates bottlenecks, reduces delays, and enables customized routing—whether a client needs a same-day airport handoff, a temperature-controlled VIP private drive, or an economical shared ground route. Every transport is guided by protocols grounded in Cristi’s clinical background: health-certificate verification, welfare monitoring, behavioral assessment, and contingency planning for weather, airline changes, or unexpected events.Go Fetch is also uniquely equipped to serve service-dog handlers, families receiving service-dog puppies, and organizations training working animals. Cristi’s own experience living with PTSD and traveling with her service dog, Wednesday, informs a trauma-aware, client-centered approach that respects the distinct needs of service-animal teams. This sensitivity carries through all operations, whether the pet is a working dog, a puppy joining its forever family, or a breeder’s high-value litter.Go Fetch’s commitment to excellence extends beyond logistics. The brand collaborates closely with trusted partners such as Katziela—whose airline-approved carriers and travel accessories are tested across hundreds of flights—and with Nine 3 Six Dog Training, a respected leader in service-dog development, behavior conditioning, and wor

Thank you so much Grace!
When I wrote a review of your business on a Google review, I mentioned how I was upset that your driver had smoked in the car with my dogs. Then, your response was to comment how some people are “allergic to smells?” What I didn’t mention was that my dog has had a lung issue before. And now because of him being in a smoke filled car, he has had a lingering chronic cough since that transport. It has been at least 6 months since that incident and we (and the vet) have been treating him with various antibiotics, steroids, anti-inflammation medications to try and solve his condition. He coughs at various times throughout the day, but primarily every night. It’s a long raspy cough that wakes us up in the middle of the night, feeling terrible for the poor guy. Then I think about your response to my Google review and wonder if you were indifferent to just us or if you are that way to every customer.

We are very sorry to hear about your dog’s ongoing health challenges and understand how difficult that is for any pet owner. Go Fetch Pet Transport enforces a strict no-smoking policy in all transport vehicles. When concerns about odor were raised, the issue was addressed directly with the driver, and it was made clear that any violation of this policy would result in immediate removal from our service. This standard applies to every transport and every client. While we empathize with your concerns, we are not able to determine or attribute medical causation. As a transport provider, we must rely on documented information and veterinary guidance. We regret if any prior wording came across as dismissive. Our commitment remains unwavering: USDA-compliant transport, enforced safety standards, and the wellbeing of every animal entrusted to us. — Go Fetch Pet Transport
We couldn’t have asked for a better flight nanny than Cristi! From the moment we booked, she was communicative, professional, and incredibly caring. She treated our puppy like her own, keeping us updated with photos and messages throughout the journey. Our little Newfypoo arrived happy, calm, and well cared for. We are beyond grateful for the love and attention she gave him every step of the way. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet transporter. Thank you for bringing our sweet boy home!

We have used Go Fetch pet transport three times!!! We trusted flight nanny Bridget with our first Jack Russell Terrier puppy, and then decided to have her bring the other two puppies to us :). They send you updates and little video clips during their travel which was awesome. I honestly would recommend them 1000%!!
