Rhonda, getting a quote within an hour and having your car delivered just two days later with no issues sounds like a smooth experience from start to finish. We appreciate you choosing CitizenShipper and are glad you had a positive experience.
IDK why I can’t give zero stars!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

Tamer, we are very sorry for any frustration or confusion regarding our fee structure and cancellation process. We want to clarify that CitizenShipper connects individuals who need pets, vehicles, or other items transported with vetted, independent drivers. Our booking fee provides comprehensive platform benefits, including pet protection plans, 24/7 emergency vet access, rebooking assistance, dispute resolution, and secure payment handling, while the driver is paid separately for the physical transportation. When you requested to cancel shortly after booking due to confusion over this structure, our support team canceled the shipment within minutes and credited your payment back to your account balance. Under our published cancellation policy, refunds apply when a driver fails to complete a trip, while customer-initiated cancellations receive lifetime site credit. While we understand that an account credit is not ideal given your plans to relocate abroad, your funds were credited in full in accordance with our terms. Our support team remains available at [email protected] if you have additional questions or if we can offer further guidance.

Great experience using CitizenShipper for our sweet pup Janna and getting her to a secure location. Transport company was very nice and patient in answering all our questions and communicative on the day of transport. Great experience!

This was great. A rep from CitizenShipper had a call with me and explained everything. I posted what I needed and I got more than a dozen quotes of folks willing to transport the pets. I was able to ask them questions about their experience and get a feel for them. I made my selection and it all worked out great.

I had an excellent experience using this company. Barry is dependable and friendly. My dog loved Barry and had no issues making the journey. Barry kept me informed every step of the way. I feel very comfortable using this company again in the future.

I’m not going to lie I was scared but not scared about Leo traveling over 1k miles without me. However, with the frequent updates my fears were eased. I was sent timely updates with pics and videos. Leo was on an adventure and he was enjoying the ride. Yes I would absolutely recommend and use them again if I ever needed.
