Listed a trip for a service dog for a trip from Florida to New York and had 5 quotes within 15 minutes. Very easy to use website and a LOT of choices!

This company is unprofessional they do not seem to screen drivers that are part of their services. They do not help coordinate between the driver and the pick up or delivery so I’m not sure what I paid admin fees for. I have a huge issue with a driver not delivering or responding to me for an item bought. When I submitted a complaint they seen to take the drivers side not the customer even though I have adequate proof of lies told by the driver and poor service. I do not recommend this service at all.

I didnt realize you could basically pay people to ship things. I needed to get my 12 year old pup to Maryland from Oklahoma, but I was about to move to the complete other side, California. Flying her only gave me nightmares. The site is well constructed and you put in your details, and drivers bid on the shipment. You can then review the shippers profiles and pick the one that best fits you. My driver and I had a miscommunication at first, but he quickly fixed it and gave me some of my money back for the mistake. Overall, a great service.

I trust Citizenshipper. I utilized Citizenshipper to find someone to take my dog back to his original owner. I had developed a very serious dog allergy and time was of the essence to get him home over the Thanksgiving break. I was able to search my phone for pet transport and found Citizenshipper. The platform was easy to understand, even from my mobile device, and I was able to utilize the text features in order to know when people were bidding on the job. Communication back and forth with the potential drivers was easy, as well as accepting a bid and paying the (very reasonable) Citizenshipper fee. I was able to find someone who got the dog home in a timeframe that was very quick, and with a reasonable price. I was even able to rate the driver almost instantly. It was a great service. Other sites, like uShip couldn't come close, and I'm glad I chose Citizenshipper.

Citizen Shipper made life great!!! The transporter for my pet was great. My kitty arrived safe and happy. The transporter was friendly and provided me with updates along the way.

Was in a tizzy about getting my newly adopted puppy to me from OH to MT. Didn't realize he was a "snub nose" breed and couldn't fly in cargo. Started intense and avid research. So glad I found Citizen Shipper. I had control in my decision in reviewing the offers which came in, selecting my transporter based on my personal needs/criteria. Citizen Shipper addressed my needs and concerns, responded quickly and was easy and unstressful. I found a great company, a gem of a driver and the best puppy ever!

As a community based shipping service, Citizenshipper gave us in the rescue world a sense of reassurance with transporting rescues to safety in their network of transporters. As with any service, it is the responsibility of the client to vet the service. Whether it be a foster home, rescue to rescue transfer or adoptive home, to the service used in providing a safe arrival of that rescue pet. Citizenshipper provides the extra resource with oversight of their transporters that use this site. Any concerns whether it is minimal to considerable is addressed quickly by the CS reps. In my experience, reading the profiles and the terms of the exchange to open communication is vital to a successful transport. Working with a couple of these transporters in the last couple of months, EVERY transport of our vulnerable rescue pets taken out of harm's way was without a doubt, transported with over and beyond compassionate care for them. Absolutely amazing job well done. Thank you to Bailey's Best Care and A203Transportation in providing professional and caring transport of our rescue dogs.
