I was very nervous about transporting my dog across the country and didn’t want to put him in cargo on a plane. This company made his transition across states very easy and I was loaded with bids to choose from. 10/10 Recommend

Highly recommend!!! CitizenShipper was great - the service provided by the transporter is 10/10 best ever. Thomas transported our Cassie girl across the country (2000 miles give or take a few). He kept us updated regularly- even before picking her up and delivering her - he kept in contact from day one. He uses life 360 app and we could literally track the entire trip. He does exactly what he says he’ll do done to the breaks he takes for himself and our pet. He was friendly, he cares for the pets as well as the whole family. Very trustworthy, honest, caring, kind, man. We are very grateful for the care and services he provided - that’s the other thing - none of it felt like a transaction - that’s pretty rare these days. Thank you, Thomas. I highly recommend you. Price was very reasonable for this transport. Hard to put a price on such a great experience as Thomas provides.

Citizen's shipper enabled me to connect to a great number of transporters on line. I chose Southern Edge Transport and they were great.

Citizen Shipper is a great website to use to find a pet nanny that will take your pup from point A to point B across the country. I love the communication between my driver and I. Her name is Pam and she is wonderful. Super sweet personality that gets along with both your furbabies and humans. I would totally recommend her. She drove my pet all the way from CA to NY. That is no easy feat.

My first time booking and using a pet transport to get a new dog from Tuscon AZ to Bangor, ME. Site was easy to navigate. Several bids came in quickly and I had secured a safe transport within an hour or so. Individual company reviews are easily found.

We had a dog adopt us at our Nashville VRBO. After making sure he wasn’t chipped and checking with local shelters & rescues we decided to keep him. Couldn’t fly him but were able to book a transport through Citizenshipper.com last minute. We couldn’t be happier! GREAT company & exemplary service!
