Their shipping is crappy, it takes forever even before the pandemic. It is like pulling teeth to get a customer service person, I will not order ever again from them, which is sad because I like their clothes. I don't want to wait 14 days to receive it, just go into the store.

Ordered things online thinking I could return in store - nothing fit! Go to store can’t return bc they are closing! Now stuck with clothes that don’t for be too expensive to ship back. Also their automated system is awful!!!! Guess I will stick with Amazon and Walmart - reason why these 2 turn a profit and others go bankrupt - it’s called customer service and convenience.

I usually go in person instead of ordering online but I've never had an issue. They offer really good prices and sales and you can find cute t shirts, pants, and shoes each season. Planning my next trip to update my toddler's wardrobe now!

I requested authorization to allow my daughter to return some items (she lives across the country from me) and have the returns credited either to my credit card or her own credit card. Obviously, 3000 miles away she would not be able to physically bring my credit card to the store. I was told the store could not do this and she would only be able to get a store credit. Every other store on the planet can process a return with a receipt directly back to the original credit card used without having to physically present the credit card in the store. Children’s Place has lost a customer!

If I can give zero star I will have to. Never use this site ,I am so stress with this bulls*** site .I use to love children’s place before my on the go store for my kids stuffs but now Nah!never .customer service are rude . They did not refund me for the purchases that I never receive

I bought pants/jeansy leggings as a Christmas present for my granddaughter Nov 20, 2021 for Christmas. On January 17 my daughter brought it back saying they had tried it and it did not fit her well. Went to the store the next days to return it, receipt in hand. I had not noticed that the return window was until Jan 16 --- WAY early for the Christmas season where most stores will allow returns for a month or to the end of January. Not only could I not get money back, but i could only exchange it for the SAME STYLE just a different size.... but Oops they did not have a bigger size either at their store, online, or at the other store in the Salt Lake City area. The attendant said that I could not exchange for another item because their system does not allow that flexibility. It HAS to be the same item number. GEEZ I am livid at the incompetence and inconvenience and LOUSY customer support policy... get with it The Children's Place ... such a small tweak to your IT system and I would have been a happy customer. Takeaways: (1) During Xmas season allow returns to end of January and (2) Fix your antiquated system so that customers can exchange for ANY item. Other than that, I like the store and the clothing!!!

I ordered online from The Children's place on December 28, 2020, clothes worth $92, and got a confirmation from them on December 29th. They sent in two packages. The first package says delivered front door in US on Jan 4th, 2021, which address nobody knows. I contacted Ups about why I couldn't get my package they said, ups sure post (USPS) is responsible. When I contacted the post office, they don't have any clue about the package. I contacted the children's place customer service, the line is busy all the time I tried. I am really upset about it. No one is willing to help. I never read reviews before ordering, so many have the same experience as I did. I was their customer. It is not fair for getting people money and playing with them. I will never purchase anything from them again. Unfair!!

We received an item with the security tag still attached and I reached out to corporate to see if I could simply return, as a children’s place isn’t something we have locally. I emailed December 9th and received a response December 18. The response just said to take it to a children’s place. It’s just a $7 pair of jeans but now I know just to not shop here. Waiting 9 days to get a reply that didn’t actually read my whole message was enough to tell me what I needed to know.
