They made it right and that’s what’s important! Had a little snafu with expedited shipping, but the customer service manager made it right and my order arrived just in time. Thank you for going the extra mile

I've been buying from The Children's Place for 20 years. First for my children and now for my grandchildren. The only issue I have with them is their shoes aren't made very well. I stopped buying shoes from them. I started buying online about 3 years ago because I LOVE FREE SHIPPING! No minimum purchase required. I live almost 3 hours from my grandchildren. I love buying online and having it shipped directly to them. Sometimes it does take a little longer to arrive than I would like but the bargains and free shipping are worth a few extra days wait.

I usually go in person instead of ordering online but I've never had an issue. They offer really good prices and sales and you can find cute t shirts, pants, and shoes each season. Planning my next trip to update my toddler's wardrobe now!

I just received my first four t-shirts from this company and was more than pleased. I'd say the quality is better than that huge box retailer and the prices are half that! The t-shirts are equal in quality to JCr at one fifth the price! Shipping was super quick too! Look people I don't mean to be ugly but don't look a gift horse in the mouth; their price points are incredible. I don't do all those coupons and special offers, I think it just complicates things and why bother when the product is that inexpensive? HELLO, AND FREE SHIPPING!!
