We believe some solutions are better and more simple than mind-altering pharmaceuticals. We believe pets are family.

It’s been amazing with Certapet, I got my appointment fast and was able to get my dog as a ESA and it’s been really healthy for me, thank you so much for this, will definitely be a part of Certapet in the future!

Certapet really helped me keep my best friend. My dog is a ESA. My life has just been so much more meaningful being able to have my dog in my apartment. The website was so easy to use and it was very fast that therapist got back to me.All the documents were mailed and they were all correct it was just an all-around good experience.

Great service! I’m glad I picked certa pet to get my ESA. This was fast and easy and the physician was very helpful. I will keep using certa pet for the next years.

Low on Ease, Low on Business Management I appreciate CertaPet's deliverable providing aide and protection to those with special needs. However, i HATE the customer experience. Its not the Representatives. Its the business. The operations are terrible. The website is awfully user unfriendly. I DREAD having to renew or get a new letter every time every year. Its gotten soo bad that i am taking this as an opportunity to be heard (maybe). Because I CAN NEVER GET IN CONTACT WITH A HUMAN IN ANY KIND OF TIMELY MANNER. Tired of the refunds, and the wasted time that is derived from VPs and upper Management's lack of customer experience focus.
