I received 2 letters, one for living and one for travel. I was not made aware in the beginning the travel letter has an expiration of 1 year. I would have like to have known upfront.

CertaPet is a great company! I took my assessment and by the end of the next day I had received scanned copies of my letters. The hard copies came via snail mail shortly after. I've already successfully flown AND moved into a pet-free apartment with my pup so I guess it worked :)
