I have had only a completely positive experience getting my pup certified through Certapet. From the ease of the website to the kindness and ease in speaking with the therapist and the timeliness of receiving the ESA card and needed documentation, we have been extremely happy with the program!

CertaPet saved our fur baby family. We had to move and have four dogs. Two are support animals. While our new landlord was fine with it, the HOA was not. We were able to certify them and keep our pack together.

This whole experience was very knowledgeable and refreshing . Staff was very courteous and helpful whenever I had a question. It wasn't all done in one day. It's a process well worth it.

They have great customer service and I can talk to my therapist they assigned me at any time through email. I only wish that when I was training my dog to be a PSD that they would have been able to refer me to a trainer.
