A little rough-and-ready, but we always get good value from CDI, and they are responsive when we've had the occasional problem with a piece of equipment.

I have worked with CDI for the past 7 years and have had nothing but great experiences from a customer perspective. If there were any issues that came to light, my sales representative made sure that the problem was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The equipment that we receive have been in great condition and they have always been competitive on pricing. If there is ever a quote that they are not able to match or beat, they have always been upfront and honest about it. I would have no reservations in recommending CDI to potential customers.

Excellent service and price.

CDI is Amazing! When I call about a quote, I always received it within the hour (usually less). If I decided not to purchase the item, there is not hasseling. I have bought many refurbished computers from CDI for our school. I have had an issue with 2 and CDI was great. I returned them and received different ones within a week.

We had one small issue with the import tariff not getting paid and the shipper kept hounding us to pay it, but it eventually got taken care of by CDI. With the exception of that one issue, everything had been great. The one issue is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
