I have dealt with CDI for over 10 years and have had great service from my Sales Rep James. he is always polite and great to deal with. however the quality control or lack there of is terrible and has been that way for some time now. I do not know what is going on but I cannot work with them for this reason. I have had many orders returned for problems that should have been caught before the product leaves the building.

CDI has provided our school district with quality equipment. They have stood behind all their products and always helped us with any issues. Our sales rep is excellent and helps us make the best decision for our district and not what is best for the company.
