Great products. I've been using their cases for many years. Just got mine for my new iPhone 17 Pro and the quality is as expected excellent. Shout out to Liz in customer service who helped me with a minor shipping issue and got it resolved quickly. Excellent experience

Item not delivered, their customer service is truly appalling, 6 days to respond and just automated emails. Avoid this company for overseas shipping. Item still not received and they ignore emails.

Unfortunately while they have a good product, they have poor logistics management and planning. It’s not my problem that they can’t make enough products to meet their own demand. My phone has gone without a case for over a month. It has scrapes and scratches on the edges now because life goes on and that’s what happens when you have a phone without a case. I wasn’t going to buy another case while I waited for this one. However, they kept moving the goalposts. When I made the purchase it said the case would be shipping in mid to late Sept. They blew past that deadline. Then they said late Sept to early Oct. They blew past that deadline. Then they said mid to late Oct. I still haven’t received my phone case. They gave me 10% off. They finally informed that the case shipped. Yet they did not even send it expedited. I’m still waiting. My recommendation is that unless they actually have the product in stock, don’t order a phone case from this company. I will never buy from them again. My brand new iPhone will forever have scrapes and scratches because I was led to believe my phone case would arrive weeks ago because that is what I was told. There is nothing they can do to make this up because the damage is done.

Hi Brian, we deeply apologize for the subpar experience. As we mentioned in our correspondence with you, we're experiencing the highest ever demand in our company's history. That, coupled with some unfortunate uncontrollable factors led to both manufacturing and logistics delays. So it's not so much that we couldn't make enough to satisfy demand. Rather, it was truly a perfect storm of issues. But, every step of the way, we've done our best to be as transparent as possible with our customers. And our teams are working around the clock to get orders shipped and get back to all of our customers. That said, we do apologize for letting you down. None of this should concern you, you're right. And already, we're starting to see things stabilize on our end internally. We certainly hope that you'll continue to stick with us going forward, as it's customers like you who've helped bring us to this point, and for that we're definitely grateful. Thanks again for your patience! And feel free to reach out if you need anything else.
Good quality case.

I can’t comment on the quality of the product as I still haven’t received it, despite ordering it almost five weeks ago, with a dispatch date of late September. The only communications received to date have been generic emails referring me to a list of expected dispatch dates on their customer portal. The portal now shows an estimated shipping date of mid to late October. The product sells for a premium price and I therefore expected premium service. Instead, I have been forced to buy a cheaper phone case to protect my new phone until the product eventually arrives. Payment was taken immediately upon placing order; I find that unacceptable given the long delay in fulfilling the order. First time I have dealt with this company. Given the very poor level of service, it will also be the last. UPDATE Case finally arrived today, 24th October. Nice case, but what a wait!

Hi there, our Support team reached out to you and provided a few options for you. We're glad we could help, and we look forward to your receiving your order soon. As we mentioned, we do apologize for the delays. This year has been the perfect storm of exceedingly high demand and manufacturing delays. While we've tried to be as transparent and informative to our customers as possible, we do understand that sometimes what we do falls short in some customers' eyes, and we apologize for that. This is definitely a challenging time for our team, but we're working as hard as we can to make sure our customers are taken care of. Please do reach out to us again if you have any questions. Thank you!
I am really not a fan of protective phone cases because the ones I’ve had before always feel bulky. I ordered the Sheath case on the recommendation of a friend and I love it! It feels sturdy, but is also thin enough that it looks sleek. I made a mistake when ordering so I had to contact customer service, and they were easy to work with. Overall great product!

Ordered a case for my new IPhone after being impressed with my last case from the company. They said it should ship end of September and hear nothing well into October. I then decide to go a different way and ask for a refund on their portal. I wait a few days and still nothing, before I eventually get a message saying “we hear you” and they proceed to IGNORE me and process a 10% refund for the delays incurred but keep the order active. I respond immediately saying that’s not what I wanted and that I want them to cancel for a full refund. Nothing received back for a few days before an email saying the item has been dispatched. So disappointed at the complete lack of customer service. I expect a full refund including a refund of the shipping fees as this is clearly not how you should treat patient customers. I’m especially annoyed as it’s a good product which I won’t use again purely for poor customer service.

Thanks so much for your review. Our Support team got back to you, but again we apologize deeply for the inconvenience. We're facing very high demand and very high email volume, and our team is literally working around the clock to get back to customers as quickly as possible. Absolutely no one is ignoring you. That said, it's an incredibly challenging time for the team at the moment to get back to customers on time, but we do know that these aren't your issues to worry about, so we apologize. It does look like your CrystalShield already shipped to you. That being said, since you wanted to cancel your order, we just went ahead and refunded 100% of the entire order for you. You'll be receiving your CrystalShield Elite AR anyway, but please feel free to keep it as our apologies for the inconvenience. In our 13-year history, we've always endeavored to take care of our customers. This year, however, has been the perfect storm of factors and so it's led to a less than stellar experience for some customers, which we absolutely do acknowledge. That said, things are stabilizing and we're working through both order and email backlogs, so feel free to come visit us again should you wish to in the future.
Ok, I've used their cases for years. The sheath is a brilliant case, this time around though as it's not available I went for the paragon not my thing but each to their own. The trouble this year is the customer support. Beyond shocking, I get a quicker response from my electricity provider who deals with millions of people. The only way I found to actually get a response was to reach out to their social media team give them a nudge. So basically.. Cases great but be sure what you are getting as it's an utter ballache to return or even get a response. I will add previous years its been great Edit- Upon recieving Caudabes response this has all been sorted. Much appreciated

Hi Ark, we're deeply sorry for the subpar customer support experience. Trust that we'll make this right for you. Yes, our slow response is due to the most demand we've ever experienced in connection with the recent iPhone 17 launch. It's definitely putting a bit of a strain on our team. While we know that really has nothing to do with you and your Samsung S25 Ultra, please do note that our teams are working around the clock to get back to customers as quickly as possible in light of the massive increase in order volume. As always, though, we'll make sure you get what you want. That much will never change. We do very much appreciate your patience.
