Care.com had been great for me. I have found many families that have helped grow into a better person and I have also have their kids grow into better human beings at the same time. I did only do 4 stars because I had an old account and had issues with that account. But now they I have this new account there isn’t anything wrong it’s going well. I am currently working with 2 family’s that will both equal up to full time hours/job. And I am really enjoying working with both families. I will stay on care.com as long as I can.

It's slow at first but I talked to customer service. Got some great advice and now I have 3 clients.

I spent all this time setting up an account, putting all my information and all these people keep trying to contact me but I can't get a hold of the customer support through care.com. they send you an email saying they will get back to you in a few hours. I've sent one email everyday for a week and haven't heard anything back. There is no phone number or support available that I can find. I would never do business with a company like this. Seems like a big scam.

Care.com has been a godsend in connecting us with potential caregivers for my Mom. The app has great search criteria. Some responses come quickly, some of the caregivers are available on short notice as well as long term. The options to respond are simple and easy to follow in messages.

It was good the only is you still showing old advise and some of the family never respond or after the interview dont said nothing. But after that help a lot searching for a job.

I love all the jobs, but it is very rare that the families reply to you. A lot of us have talked about it, and everyone says the same. The other one is that the family reaches out 3 months later, well that’s a little long.

I found a number of cargivers that would be good to interview. The first one I interviewed was perfect so I hired her.
