The App is easy to use to post services for prospective clients to see, and/or get in contact with service providers. I used to get a pet-sitter many years ago. I may have used it to get a senior care helper. I used it to get tutoring gigs, years ago, and lately.

Absolutely do not bother paying these people. I tried to call for help and am met with a fuzzy connection and on the other end is someone with a ton of background noise like they’re at home with children. The site was not working correctly after paying premium and was left unresolved. I ended up getting my account deleted after asking for a refund and there went my reviews. I will NEVER recommend this site again.

I like the ease of finding jobs right for me. I like the security the site provides.

I love care.com and I always feel safe talking to new families due to there background and safety checks through the site. I have always used care to find all my jobs and they have been very helpful matching me with families. I appreciate them!!!

I wasn’t aware of this website until my son mentioned it to me. So far, I really don’t have many complaints. We’ve talked to several caregivers and a few were put on “maybe” status mostly because of travel time. I really don’t have much trust in agencies because of their profit motive. And, our family has the hiring experience and better knowledge of what type of person is more likely to work out in our situation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Care.com to other families seeking a caregiver.

They make it difficult to close the subscription. They are hard to contact and very frustrating. They continue to take payments even when you want to cancel. Just another problem to add to caring for others.

It was easy to find my specific areas of want in the job and what I didn’t want. I did find a job with somebody from that was on Care.com and is working out very well.

Easy. Plenty of applicants. The person we hired was wonderful, kind and reliable. I liked that there was open communication between us and and our hiree. It made the whole process easy and seamless.
