My family lives out of state. The procedure, required a person to pick me up. Loretta was professional and arrived on time

Once again we contacted Care.com seeking a sitter for our grandkids, ages 8 & 3 years old. Lately our usual Care.com sitter, Kathleen (exceptional) has been booked up, so today we had a new sitter. I'm happy to say Adriana was prepared with games to keep the kids occupied, and they were comfortable with her within five minutes. 5 stars. Care.com works.

Not something I will take any further . One message from someone interested in sitting for my dogs NOW.. Care.Com want money to respond. Absolutely not. There are better platforms than this shambles

Donna F at the last moment canceled without calling me I had to text her to find out she wasn’t coming!!!! Amy S Advertise $15-$20 per hour came to my house for an interview and wasted 30 minutes of my time while I was paying another caregiver to be here and then she told me it was $30 an hour on the weekends so that was false advertising. Nash is the most Wonderful caregiver than anybody could ever have! She’s always on time extremely courteous and sympathetic and follows directions very very well. I am thinking God for having met her.

Devin reached out proactively and stayed on top of communication. He showed up and cleared my snow and sent me photos and made it so seamless. Totally recommend!!!

Sarah did an amazing job with our boys! We have older cats and 2 of them need daily medications. She kept me updated over the course of her time providing care , and the house was clean! I can’t recommend her enough!
