Love the ability to record phone calls without expensive hardware and software. CallRail is always coming out with new features and has great customer service.

CallRail truly automates the process, bridging the ever-present gap for inbound sales calls and our CRM (Salesforce). It might be the best and most affordable solution we chose during our startup phase. It's with us to this day,... and bottom line, it just works out of the box.

I mainly use CallRail for tracking paid advertising campaigns and I am very pleased with the keyword level tracking that allows me to see what keyword a call originated from. Furthermore, I like how CallRail integrates with HubSpot, and I think that their customer service is quick to respond. My only complaint is I have had a few issues with the reporting where CallRail and HubSpot didn't quite match, but I would still recommend CallRail to others!

Overall the product has been good. We had a few issues with the setup in the beginning however the team was available to was to help us get out the kinks. I wish we had more flexibility to delete contacts directly on our own so marketing numbers do not show up in our reporting without having to use the filters, I do believe they are working on this functionality moving forward.

Hi Christina, Thank you so much for your feedback! I was able to check with our product team on the possibility of deleting contacts. If you are looking to block a number or mark a call as spam, which removes the calls from invoices and from most lists of calls, you can currently do that within CallRail. At this time, you're unable to leave a call as a valid, changeable event but delete the number/person associated with the call. However, our team is working to allow you to rename those people as contacts. So, for example, if you had a call where the name on the caller ID showed something generic, like from “SUPPORT” you could rename it to “Bill from Zappos". Please let me know if this offers clarification.
