David was awesome. Had some trouble finding the kit I wanted due to it not being in stock. He communicated with me everyday and updated me on how the search was going. He double checked everything twice to make sure it would fit properly. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend this company!

I always ask my son what he would like for Christmas. This year he told me he wanted parts for his car and he gave me the links to find it. I ordered it and right away received confirmation. I received an email telling me the color was not in stock. We were willing to wait. But I just got confirmation that is on the way it will be here before Christmas and so appreciated. This company is awesome and it's all run by veterans thank you so much for a job well done, The customer service rep is from the exact town where I live I thought that was pretty neat( You Know Who You Are thank you)

When I ordered brakes for my car I ordered a certain type and brand but when I received my package the pads for the rear were not there and everywhere I checked I was told they were not available, out of stock, even with BuyBrakes. I had given up trying to get the brakes I wanted and was going to purchase anything just to get the job done. But before I purchased them I received a message from BuyBrakes telling me they were on their way and today I received them. I had given up on finding what I wanted but the salesperson I had talked to at BuyBrakes evidently had not. They went above and beyond to find these pads and want them to know they are really appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! Jim A.

Thank you for that Jim! The dedicated staff at BuyBrakes.com will often go the extra mile in working through some of the challenges our customers face when trying to get a part, application or fitment. Because we know brakes in-depth and talk with manufacturers such as Stoptech, Brembo, Hawk, EBC and Wilwood weekly, we have relationships we can lean on to get that extra level of service or intel that helps our end users get the right brake components to accomplish the task at hand.
Great experience! Fast, easy and great customer service.
