BuyBrakes.comReviews of buybrakes.com

There are several on line companies too choose from these days. Prices are competitive but what separates, BuyBrakes.com from others is several things. 1. They actually verify your order, prior to shipping. 2. They have excellent communication skills. 3 Their quality of parts and value is outstanding. I had made in mistake in ordering extra parts, I received a text message from Kyl, a customer service representative, the following morning, he went above and beyond in making sure my order was correct and parts were compatible with my car. By doing so he saved me time and money. He is a valuable asset to the Team for sure. I wouldn’t hesitate again to buy from them. They make the process a pleasure to buy from. I usually don’t write reviews but I buy lots of car parts for my personal cars, so when they reached out prior to order to confirm O was shocked, I usually expect something when buying online, in any on line sale like lots of us. They issue prompt refunds and offer fast shipping with tracking. Job well done Kyl.

A top notch company that completely supports its customers. Should you have a problem with a product, they handle the situation quicker than other companies that I have dealt with in the past. The website is well organized and the reps don’t guess what could fit your vehicle. Buy brakes has another loyal customer and I will highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

I ordered from here for a few reasons. All of the expectations were met when my parts arrived swiftly. After beginning to change the brakes, I realized that the brake pads were wrong. I emailed them about the issue thinking it would be a quick fix. Not at all. They wanted pictures of the differences in the pads. I sent them over. Then they wanted a video and more pictures. They found the correct pads but informed me that I need to buy the pads and ship the old ones back. Once they inspect them they would issue a refund. This is on top of the fact that the brakes cost $700 and do not come with any bolt hardware. Just buy from the stealership. I hate them and they would have been 1000 times better. The rotors, pads, hardware, and all bolts were $700. So now with the initial $700, $96 more because they are incompetent and an additional $130 because of the bolts. Now, this all took place over two weeks. That is two weeks of me taking off tires to take pictures and send emails. The bolts are one time use only so I am driving on unsafe hardware because of their policies. Do not buy from here if you value your life. The dealership is cheaper and has all the parts you need.

They were great to deal with. Original order shipped right away and when I had an issue with the brakes they took care of it immediately. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely be ordering any brake equipment I need from them in the future.

BuyBrakes.com was outstanding. Salesman Adam Hume was excellent. Solved my rotor search quickly and provided a great cost effective solid solution for my Dodge Durango Hellcat. Highly recommend Adam and BuyBrakes.

Fantastic Customer/Technical support. You can trust the products and the support behind your purchase. I experienced a one off problem. Adam, this guy is BRILLIANT, took the vast amount of time and effort it took to work through my problem. In the end, he identified the problem and even supplied an alternative part to fix it. Unheard of these days!

Basically, I called asking if I could have a set of pads shipped to me the following day. They said they would have to check the warehouse supply. They checked the warehouse supply and said yes I could receive them the following day. In an actuality the warehouse was 40 minutes from my house. When I ask if I could pick them up from the warehouse instead of waiting for the shipment, I was told no that Turn14 who is the distribution center in Indiana does not allow will call pick ups. I received a FedEx shipping number from buybrakes.com that indicated the parts had shipped. Today I checked the shipping number and called the warehouse and was told the parts had not left the distribution center. When I spoke with the representative from buybrakes.com he said I can tell you with 95% surety that you’ll get the brakes tomorrow. That didn’t happen. I would say that buybrakes.com needs to be a little more transparent concerning their supplier and shipping. I find it unbelievable that there’s a warehouse located 40 minutes from my house and it’s going to take them 3 to 4 days for me to get the pads when I could’ve driven there and pick them up. This is the problem with businesses nowadays, the consumer can go to hell they pay their money and they’ll just have to wait for whatever they want. I will not be purchasing any other products from buybrakes.com. I will definitely make sure that if I am purchasing something and Turn 14 is involved I will make sure that I find somewhere else to purchase them.

I wished i had seen these reviews before purchasing. I’m appalled by how poor the service and reviews are on here. (Order #9155036) They did not disappoint to add me to the victim list. I recently purchased a pair of rotors and pads, first time buyers. (10-21-25) Got all excited to retrieve my package. The shipping box was poorly taped with cheap tape. (Free recommendation use Reinforced filament tape). The rotor boxes look like they been to hell and back. To my surprise it was two different rotor boxes, I was like maybe they ran out of box or something. Only thing they got right the pair was left and right. The only reason the pads are the correct ones because it was a drop shipment which they had no control over. Immediately I reached out to the so call support team regarding my discovery with my order, and “J” jumped into action after I told him that I need this issue to be corrected by Friday the latest. We went over the pictures and part numbers and confirmed that I needed a left coated rotor. I got a tracking number, package on the way. Package delivered, wrong rotor. Can’t make this up! I reached out again to share my discovery. “J” sent out a manhunt at their warehouse to find the missing rotor. So I googled their little warehouse cause I was wondering my it taking so long and Amazon warehouse is the size of a city and they find stuff faster. “J” disappeared then appeared at the 13th hour! I told him you have until 14:45 to call off the manhunt because I have until 15:00 to place an order elsewhere to have it delivered Friday. unhelpful “J” returned with a non satisfactory response or resolution. “I am sorry” doesn’t work for me. Offering me future discount is diabolically. This experience has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I value my time and money which makes this situation especially disappointing. Their poor business practice and customer service cost me $101.99 to overnight shipping from another company. They refuse to reimburse same. I don’t recommend this company!
