Purchase: Their web site layout with information, product/kit vs stock performance values and ease of ordering (by credit card or using your Amazon stored payment information) makes this portion of the process very pleasant and easy.

I am upgrading my review, because of the customer service I received. I am wanting to get away from using Amazon, because it seems to be a storefront for China...at least to me. Anyway, I placed an order on Feb 22nd for 2 brake kits that were noted as "in-stock". The status never changed and stated "Getting Ready to Ship. On 2-27, I called the 702 number and after about 5 minutes on hold, to my excitement, a customer service rep answered. She was very polite, but said the order had no tracking number yet, and she would check with the "processing department". I asked when to expect a return call or text, and she said within 1 business day. My order was promptly shipped after speaking with them. Part of my initial negative feedback was due to me contacting them outside of business hours, so It was not proper for me to be upset about that. I feel the website and ordering experience was great; however, I feel the processing and shipping needs improvement, but they were customer oriented, which makes all the difference.

Fantastic to hear Marcos about the terrific service you received at BuyBrakes.com. We actually enjoy a good phone conversation that includes helps guide our customers to the best brake pad and brake rotor components that are best suited to meet their driving style and vehicle needs. -JB
I am 5 days past the estimated shipping window and I have reached out with no response from the customer support at buybrakes.com yet. Still have not received an update at all. Looking to get my charges reversed if possible as I'm paying for these brakes without having them in my hands. FFS I will be making the second payment on them soon. Sounds like a scam to me. Editing to a 4 star review because a rep helped me today the best they could. A better experience is to be notified of delays automatically. That is deserving of 5 stars.

"Manufacturer direct shipments" are promise dates that are fulfilled by they the manufacturer. In this case by Stoptech, who like many manufacturing brands, is with struggling keeping up with demand (a phone call to them will verify this) and their lead times have grown longer. Refunds or brand switches by us are always and issued whenever a customer calls us that is their preference. For any immediate actions or cancellations a customer needs from us, the preferred method to contact us is by our Toll Free Number 888-257-7149.
Price matched a set of Wilwood big brakes. They were actuate when they said they would ship in about a month. Only issue is the tracking information was sent after the brakes surprisingly already were sitting on my porch. Good deal either way!

Prices were good so I decided to give them a try vs my usual supplier. My order was 15 days ago on 9/15 and I still have heard nothing. No response to email inquiries and my call to them resulted in them saying my order was processing without being able to tell me when it might ship. I get it if COVID is causing delays but the site said they would arrive by the 25th when I placed the order. Order #943948 Moving this to 4 stars because BuyBrakes got back to me on here very quickly.
