My experience consisted of 3 sessions of multi-medium interaction with competent professionals (Alison and Ashlee and others) who made the entire process seamless and provided me with speedy peace of mind and confidence; can't thank you enough!

Everything went well other than a minor delay with one of the policys, but I was still covered. I dealt with 2 people and both were very helpful ad answered all my questions.
