Good experience overall. Initial quote for general liability came back at a different cost and different provider than I selected. The policy was also incorrect. I had to submit again to get the correct result which took extra days while the consultancy job waited.

I was given advance notice of my carrier exiting the business insurance space. Bunker worked out an option for me to consider. I was disappointed that I only had one option to consider (and at a much higher annual premium). Communication has been responsive and timely

I recently obtained the Certificate of Liability, while there was a slight delay in receiving it (approximately 1 month), I eventually received it. However, what stood out to me was their prompt response and attention to my concerns. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction with the delay, their customer service team reacted swiftly and addressed my complaints with utmost professionalism. Despite the initial delay, their responsive approach and willingness to rectify the situation left a positive impression. I appreciate their commitment to resolving customer issues promptly.

The staff was very nice. only had one annoyance which caused a lot of lost time- the online application would not work on any of our devices. otherwise, the whole experience was great.
