Received my smart coal bunker today and I'm very impressed with it,easy to assemble and looks good with 2 keys, was a bit hesitant to order at first due to the price but so glad I did as it's worth it and will last a very very long time.

Do not waste your time with them, they do not have phone number to discuss the policy and email responses are painstakingly slow. I found them very unprofessional.

Hi Sam, we are sorry you were not satisfied with the speed of responses and had a poor experience with Bunker. We never wish for that to be the case. In reviewing the communication, there are multiple same day responses and nothing but professional communication from our agent trying to help you secure the correct coverages.
So slick. Great value and user experience off rhe charts

Excellent service

You send me a quote and it says to call to pay. When U call you say you only have on line support. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Will move to a firm that values their customers and understands that sometimes you need to talk to a live person who know the insurance business. Texting does not work

Hi Gordon, I apologize for the miscommunication where the carrier quote said something different than Bunker. Our emails gave the accurate information about how the policy would be billed. We are still happy to set up phone calls and talk to our customers! We have just streamlined our process by using primarily email support, and we have seen that we are able to provider quicker responses and better service! I'm sorry that this was not the case for you, as we truly do value our customers and we are committed to providing great service.
Can’t get a hold of anyone on phone. Only emails which are delayed in response.

Hi Robert, I'm sorry for the frustration. We use email support as the primary line of communication, which has allowed us to have quicker responses and better service overall. We are happy to give you a call if you request it!
Great customer service. Super quick response to my question. Really appreciated the check in and reminder to renew my agreement.

I have been a customer for a couple of years and the experience has always been great—prompt, anticipative, and very helpful.
