When the technician came to the house and explained his product I was sold. There was no pressure just explanation how the the product worked, the installation process and the service warranty, A ll questions were answered and if we had more we should call him. We had 2 lifts installed. Approximately 9 months apart and the price stayes as was promissed.

Company salesman was great and so was the installer. Chair works great but It has developed a loud noise when the seat turns to get off. Have called but have not seen anyone come here yet.

We find the stair lift works really well, but when untrained people install them them is where things fall apart. My mom and I had chair lift installed at the same time in each home. The rail system was loose some of the lag screws where not tightened down on the floor and rail. These had to be tightened on both units. My mom is 86 yrs old she had my husband tightened them. There is no way an older person can do this. It is important that installers have the correct tools to do the job properly. One chair seat was defective but was changed on warranty.
