Andy, our sales rep was exceptional. Knowledgeable, excellent communicator, arrived when he said he would. The installation was smooth, education and training was excellent. Well made product to promote safety. We should have bought it earlier. We were very happy Bruno was made in the US. Only thing missing was a cheese head in honor of the Green Bay Packers!

We love the chair lift so far! My husband said we didn’t get it a minute too soon! As he started dialysis soon after the install! Let me not forget my installer who was very knowledgeable and show us exactly what we need to do!

Our supplier was KS Stairlifts of Newton Abbott, Devon, UK, Kevin, the owner, he so assured of the quality of Bruno Lifts he took our verbal order with no down payment, stating that we would need to make the payment after installation and only after we were fully satisfied with the lift. KS Chairlifts provided outstanding pre order and installation service support.

Friendly sale rep. The information we were given was helpful and thorough. Installation was promptly scheduled, The installation rep was on time and pleasant to work with. The installation was done in a professional and timely manner with everything cleaned up and debris removed. He made sure everything was working and that we understood how it worked before he left. He also left us with maintenance imformation for a longer life of the stair lift. We were very pleased with the whole process.

The entire process from beginning to installation was conducted in a very professional manner. It was great working with a local store to learn about the stair lift and how it would be installed. They came out and checked how best to install it, gave me an estimate, told me how long it would take to get it for installation. Contacted me and set a date and time to install. Gave me good instruction on the use of the chair. Pleasant and courteous experience.
