The whole process, from initial measurements to installation and instruction was excellent. The custom stairlift seems to be solid and has been working well. The personnel at Sheridan Surgical that did the installation have been very supportive.

We had a sudden need for a set of stairlifts after my husband had a brain tumor. Mediquip came out and installed within a week and the installer was so nice. He said they would cone back out to adjust the height once my husband is home. They are well made and work well.

This is a very well crafted, high quality product. Everything fit perfectly. The installers were very knowledgeable and careful. I really appreciate how smooth and quiet the stairlift is. My house is totally accessible from basement to the second floor, all with one continuous stair lift. Love it!
