Everyone from the sales rep to the installers were very courteous and kept in touch with me for follow ups. The chair is wonderful and it has taken a great deal of stress and physical issues off my plate. My husband has spinal stenosis with disc disease and artheritis. Getting up the stairs was always a challenge. Thank you so much!!!

Jason Victoria , Seating and Mobility Consultant, is the best, and the crew, Vince & Lorenz, very efficient and super nice. My CRE 2110 Curved Chairlift was installed in about 4 hours and I am so happy, to be able to go up & down multiple times a day without worrying about vertigo or my arthritic knee pain. I was even able to hold a full water cooler bottle on my lap and make it up the stairs in my new chair. My only complaint is that there is no Turbo Speed setting, oh well, I'll have to settle for about 30 seconds to get up to the second floor.

The salesman, Gary, was great. He even helped me do a bit of demo to make sure a doorway opening was wide enough. The installers were very good as well. They came out with all of the right parts and material, they clearly knew what they were doing and had my stair lift installed correctly and quickly. It works great. No hiccups. That is how I like things and that is what I got, thanks to them. Thanks again guys.
