I have only had the stairlift one month but I am highly pleased. I have full access in my home and am thrilled. I am especially grateful to the professionalism of the people from Access Solutions who installed my stairlift. They made sure it would work well in my home and gave good directions for use.

The unit is designed for the frailest person able to sit up, which is good, but a little frustrating to those of us needing a little help but are not total invalids. The chair could move a little faster and some of the safety features might have an override feature until that feature is really needed. This might mean that the chair could be used by different individuals with different needs with less frustration. Very good product and really needed.
