We've had it in for 2 months now and works great and is quiet. I would like it if the service guys would call to check in like they said they would, as it is leaving marks along the track and just want to make sure its normal.

We were looking for a stair lift for my mother. We had 3 different companies come to the house with estimates. We also went to a show room. I think we did our homework on what we needed and what was in our budget, Bruno was the best choice for us. Sales man was personable and professional. The installation technician was wonderful, helpful and treated my mother great. I would definitely recommend this company.
