Great solid system. Simple but elegant design. Easy to use and SAFE to operate. Like the convenience you have to call the chair to other floor with the remote control. Best design and quality on the market. Would definitely recommend.

Basement chairlift is often sluggish to start from lower position. Often have to click control switch several times to get going up the stairs. Upstairs chairlift works fine and often makes fairly loud clicking noises as it travels.

Once the armrest control on the stairlift is engaged, the stairlift should glide along the stairs without stopping until the end of the rail unless the button is released. We will contact you to find out more and have a local dealer check that everything is operating properly. Thank you for letting us know of your concern.
The Bruno stair life is great for anyone with mobility issues. It moves at nice pace and is quite reliable. It is not difficult to operate. The installers do a great job of explaining and demonstrating how it works

this model is so much quieter than the one I had. it also has more safety features such as the swivel seat and the arm rests.

The representative that showed us the product, the installer of the stairlift, and the office personnel were very professional and informative!

It works. Good design. Safe. Reasonable price.

It is great. I just wish you didn't have to hold the button down the whole time to take it up and down. Sometimes I have things I need to take with me and it is hard to hold down the button. Other than that it is great.
