We love it.. the remotes could use some addressing

Installer was GREAT. Came and had it in in no time.So far after about a month it's working GREAT.My wife uses it everyday.It has been everything Bruno claims it is.Thank for a well built product.

The stair lift is great, and I find that it really saves me a lot of strain on my knees. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of all 5 is because I did have it stop on me one time for no apparent reason, and I got off partway down the stairs and fiddled with it to try to get it going again. After a while it did respond, and I never figured out what made it stop. There was no obstruction or anything. So far that has only happened that one time. My other slight complaint is that the power swivel is a bit noisy and squeals a bit when it's turning with me sitting on the chair.
