The salesperson was honest in giving his opinion and suggestions. Product is good and well made. Installation was good and the installers did a good job working in the space. Would definately recommend them and the product is great too.

Everyone I encountered, whether via phone, text, or in person, was able to answer all of my questions pertaining to adding a stairlift to my home. Their confidence and expertise regarding the BRUNO stairlift gave me the confidence and peace I needed to add the stairlift to my home. installation was fast and everything was explained to us very well.

We live in a tri-level house with bathrooms on the bottom floor and the top floor. We have a staircase lift from the middle floor to the top floor and a staircase from the middle floor to the bottom floor and I’ve had my foot operated on and have been on a scooter and in a cast or boot for 10 weeks. They are a life saver for me to move around in my house safely. May 11th was surgery and I still can not stand or walk on my foot.
