Am very pleased with the stair lift. It has helped me get up and down the stairs easily. Before it was very difficult and i struggled to the paint i would have to stop and rest on the landind. Thank you and the VA very very much.

In reference to the purchase of the bruno we are very happy with the chair and the installation. The gentleman that install the chair was very personable he took great care in the installation he explained everything made sure we were completely satisfied with the installation and how to use it properly. So far I don't have any complaints with the chair it is smooth &comfortable in fact my sister was surprised as to how quiet it was when I demonstrated it to her she says hers isn't that quiet. So glad we choose the bruno we are very happy with it. Thank You

Bruno Independent Living Aids installed a Bruno stairlift for my personal use. In my opinion, it is the "Cadillac of Stair Lifts." I am pleased to have such a well-built aid that I can depend on.

The chair has performed perfectly. One suggestion is that if the chair is not correctly situated to begin the process of going down there is a beeping noise. By adjusting the chair a little the noise goes away and the chair can then be activated to go down. For someone who is hard of hearing the beeping noise is not that useful. A visual indicator on the chair would be more useful. The chair will still not proceed down if it is not situated correctly so that is a cue to get it set. Related to this is the fact that the chair does not seat itself in the proper position readily. I always have to give it a little wiggle to get it to set properly. Again this is the only thing I have run into and it is not a safety issue or that difficult to diagnose.

I had a stroke and can no longer do stairs. The Bruno Chairlift is wonderful. It is smooth riding, quiet and so useful. The installer did a great job of installing it. I am extremely happy with the product and would highly recommend it.

This has been an excellent experience. The purchase, installation and follow up has been exceptional. We did not really have an immediate need for the stair lift but planning ahead ( we knew that we would need one eventually) but decided to go ahead and do not regret it. It sure is great for getting our groceries up the 16 stairs to our living area!
